About ME:
I live in Barnes Cove with my son, Daniel. I work in Nashville’s nonprofit sector, with experience in Defense contracting. During the waning days of the Cold War, I served on active duty in the Air Force. I've lived in Nashville for most of my adult life, after graduating from the University of Tennessee at Martin. I have lived in District 31 since 2011.

I am the grandson of a WWI veteran, the son of a WWII veteran and the youngest of four children, all veterans.
I have been awarded a Patriotic Employer Award and multiple Presidential Volunteer Service awards for his work and volunteerism on behalf of service members and veterans.
I am an avid hiker. I hike an average of 500 each year and have completed three Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville Half Marathons.
I was an Extra on the TV show NASHVILLE, working on 20 episodes, including two as a Featured Extra.
I am a published writer, having written over 100 articles of political commentary, investigative news and human interests, for over a dozen publications. I also authored the Introduction to the 2002 Barnes & Noble World Digital Library re-release of Aircraft in Warfare, the 1915 classic by F.W. Lanchester.
